Valmont Announces Appointment of Paul Maass to Its Board of Directors

Prior to Scoular, Mr. Maass served as President of the Commercial Foods and Private Brands segments for Conagra Brands. During his tenure, he also played a key role in the creation of Ardent Mills, ConAgra's milling joint venture with Cargill and CHS Inc., and served as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
