Strawberry Fields REIT price target raised to $16 from $14.50 at Lake Street

Lake Street analyst Mark Smith raised the firm’s price target on Strawberry Fields REIT (STRW) to $16 from $14.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company reported Q4 results that were generally ahead of the firm’s expectations.
