US Jobless Claims Move Slightly Higher to 212,000

We've got jobless claims derangement syndrome this morning, 212,000. That's up a little bit from 208,000, a revised number from last week. But it is still a very low number.Continuing claims, 1,833,000, down from 1,000,008 64 the prior week. And of course, those are week delayed. The number of claims and unadjusted basis did not change all that much.So at this point, it looks like what we're seeing is continued low fire a little higher.
