Technip Energies (PARIS:TE) announces that Mr. Joseph Rinaldi, current Chair of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), has informed the Board of his intention to retire at the end of his current term immediately following the 2026 Annual General Meeting (“2026 AGM”) and will not seek reappointment at the 2026 AGM.
