(“Archrock Partners”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Archrock, intends to redeem all $800 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.25% senior notes due 2028 (CUSIP No. 03959KAC4, U2214KAB6) (the “Notes”).
