ETL Italia, the joint venture created by ETL GLOBAL and NexumStp, has acquired an undisclosed stake in Studio Vicarioli Pistone & Partners, an Italian practice specialising in accounting and tax services. Studio Vicarioli Pistone & Partners is based in Canelli, in the Asti province, and has been operating for more than 40 years.
