NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amer Sports, Inc. (the "Company†or "Amer Sports†) (NYSE: AS) announced today the launch of a public offering of $750 million of ordinary shares. In connection with the proposed offering, Amer Sports has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $112.5 million of ordinary shares.
