BOZEMAN, Mont.--(BUSINESS WIRE)---- $FICO--Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FICO) announced today that it intends to offer, subject to market and certain other conditions, $1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2034 (the "Notes†) in a private offering that is exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act†).
