Dow Jumps Over 500 Points; NY Empire State Manufacturing Index Falls In March

U.S. stocks traded higher this morning, with the Dow Jones index gaining more than 500 points on Monday.Following the market opening Monday, the Dow traded up 1.14% to 47,091.01 while the NASDAQ rose 1.38% to 22,411.52.
