Team to acquire Epic investment mandates and Epic Guernsey business

Team, a Jersey-based wealth and asset management group, has agreed to acquire eight investment mandates from Epic Markets and Epic Funds Services Guernsey for a combined £1.88m ($2.48m). The transaction covers two parts: the Epic Book, comprising eight investment mandates with about £157m of assets under management, and Epic Guernsey, a Guernsey-based financial planning business.
