Ameren Missouri Announces Pricing of First Mortgage Bonds due 2054

LOUIS, Jan. 3, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Union Electric Company, doing business as Ameren Missouri, a subsidiary of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE), announced today the pricing of a public offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% first mortgage bonds due 2054 at 99.267% of their principal amount.
