Pfizer shares downgraded as patent expirations loom

Pfizer Inc. shares PFE, were downgraded to market perform from outperform at TD Cowen on Thursday, as analysts see upcoming patent expirations and shaky confidence in the drugmaker’s management clouding the outlook.
