LAS VEGAS & RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) at an interest rate of 6.500% per annum and an issue price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes.
