ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bakkt Holdings, Inc. (“Bakkt”) (NYSE: BKKT) announced that its “universal shelf” registration statement on Form S-3 was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on February 14, 2024.
