MARLBOROUGH, Mass., Feb. 22, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Scientific Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: BSX) today announced that American Medical Systems Europe B.V., its wholly owned finance subsidiary, has priced a public offering of €750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.375% notes due 2029 and €1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.500% notes due 2032 (collectively, the "Notes").
