BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) today announced the pricing of its registered public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2029 and 2034 in aggregate principal amounts of $650.0 million and $650.0 million, respectively.
