Prudential (PRU) to Insure Verizon's Pension Liabilities

Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU) recently announced that it has been selected for a pension risk transfer (PRT) transaction from Verizon Communications Inc., along with Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) .
