Synchrony (SYF) Completes Pets Best Sale to IPH of Poodle

Synchrony Financial (SYF) recently announced that it has completed the divestment of its Pets Best Insurance Services, LLC to the pet insurance provider, Independence Pet Holdings, Inc. or IPH. Synchrony received part of the payment in the form of equity in IPH, an affiliate of Poodle Holdings, and agreed to establish a commercial partnership with IPH.
