Chemed's (CHE) VITAS Segment Inks New Deal With Covenant Care

Chemed’s (CHE) wholly owned subsidiary, VITAS Healthcare Corporation, recently entered into an agreement to acquire all hospice operations and an assisted living facility from Covenant Health and Community Services, Inc. (Covenant).
