Carlisle (CSL) to Acquire MTL & Strengthen Product Portfolio

Carlisle Companies Incorporated (CSL) recently announced that it has signed a definitive deal to acquire MTL Holdings (“MTL”) from the U.S. private equity firm, GreyLion Partners.
