Glaukos Corporation (GKOS) recently announced that its prostaglandin analog iDose TR (travoprost intracameral implant) 75 mcg was assigned permanent Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System J-code by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
