Vail Resorts Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

BROOMFIELD, Colo.,  April 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today announced the pricing of its previously announced senior notes offering. The Company priced $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2032 at par (the "Notes").
