GMS Inc. (GMS) , a leading distributor of specialty building products in North America, announced a significant expansion move by acquiring Yvon Building Supply Inc., Yvon Insulation Corporation, Laminated Glass Technologies, Inc., and Right Fit Foam Insulation Ltd.
