ArcelorMittal (MT) and Partners Test CO2 Capture Technology

ArcelorMittal S.A. (MT) , in collaboration with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI), BHP, and Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd, commenced operating a pilot carbon capture unit at its Gent site in Belgium. This unit is designed to capture emissions from the blast furnace off-gas.
