Has Terran Orbital Missed Its Chance to Sell Out to Lockheed Martin?

Lockheed offered to pay $1 a share for Terran Orbital. Terran may wish it had said yes -- but now it's too late. I hate to say "I told you so" -- but I did. In an SEC filing earlier this month, Terran confirmed that Lockheed withdrew its offer to acquire Terran on April 30.
