FirstEnergy Names Nikhil Rao Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Labor & Employment

In his new position, Rao will oversee and manage a broad range of FirstEnergy's legal matters, including litigation, claims, employment and labor law issues, internal investigations, and privacy and cybersecurity matters.
