Michelin star chef says you don't need to be on TV to be successful

I don't think being on the TV makes or breaks your restaurants. I think there's many many hugely successful restaurants in London and their chefs have never been on TV. Their owners haven't, but they just do brilliant restaurants.I mean, you know, I I think Jaime's amazing, but he's one of the most highprofile chefs on TV and in the world, but his restaurants didn't work, you know, because however they did it, it just didn't sort of hit what he wanted to do in the marketplace.
