China seems to be in the 'driver's seat' in US trade negotiations

US and Chinese officials including Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik, Treasury Secretary Scott Besson, and US Trade Rep. Jameson Greer are in London Monday for trade negotiations as both nations work to reach a deal while hefty reciprocal tariffs are paused.
