I'm standing in front of the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Los Angeles where several hundred protesters are gathered to protest against the presence of the National Guard in the recent ICE raids that have been happening here in Los Angeles. It's particularly rare to see the National Guard sent out against the wishes of the governor.
