Woman suspected of killing disabled son now on FBI's 'Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List'

Cindy Rodriguez Singh, now wanted by agents for allegedly fleeing the country, wanted locally for allegations of capital murder. Her six-year-old disabled son, Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, has been missing since October of 2022. And according to authorities, he is presumed dead.It is still thought that she is in India with her husband and six other children.
