'Unthinkable': Salvation Army major on the heartbreak and hope after Texas floods

Major SWires, this event in Texas has gripped the nation and perhaps even the world. And I think part of the reason it has obviously the loss of life is tremendous and the loss of families is tremendous, but the idea that so many children children young children were literally swept away by a raging tide of rivers uh and are still missing and presumed to be dead.
