WSJ Reporter on Why Trump's 50% Tariff Threat on Brazil is Different

Trump majorly upped the ante in this latest round of his trade war. He sent a letter to the Brazilian government saying that on August 1st they will be charged a 50% tariff on all of their exports that go to the US.
