The Future of DEI in Finance

What do you guys make of this backlash like the DEI push back there has been. What does that look like from where you sit. I think there's this sort of lack of desire to have um you know formulas and regulations around some of this.But if you talk to most CEOs and boards, they're doing things because it's the right thing to do.
