NYPD drone captures kids ‘subway surfing’

Here in New York City, four kids were spotted by police drones riding on top of train cars. It's a dangerous trend known as subway surfing. Two of the boys were only 12 years old.Hard to believe. Police boarded the train and all four kids were taken into custody.
