Alaska Airlines resumes flights after technology issue caused ground stop

An IT outage forced Alaska Airlines into a systemwide 3hour ground stop overnight and the ripple effect most likely is going to be felt today. Operations were halted started around 11:00 p. m.Eastern time. The airline has not specified the nature of the outage that also impacted Horizon Airflights.
