Eric Menendez hospitalized weeks before parole hearing

We are learning Eric Mendez is in the hospital as he and his brother Lyall are fighting for their freedom. Both of course serving life sentences for the murders of their parents. This is just into us here from the California Department of Corrections.Apparently Eric Menendez was transported to a medical facility last week. It's happening a little less than a month before their parole hearing after a judge reentenced them in May to 50 years to life in prison, which obviously makes them eligible for parole. ...
