Second Kaito Capital Launchpad raise details are out for Theoriq and…It looks better.$75M USD FDV, according to the team 50% below last round at $150M USD.Vesting: 25% TGE unlock, 1-year cliff (37.5%) and the remaining 37.5% linear over 12 months, meaning full unlock after 24 months.So vesting still has a big cliff, but the 25% at TGE are decent.Valuation could be reasonable, don't know the details around the last raise tho.Thoughts? ...
