Rob, just the brazen way this suspected shooter walked into this building, his weapon by his side in broad daylight during rush hour in Manhattan. What do you make of that. He was determined.Uh he drove the entire way out. Uh and they had him tracking through New Jersey, I think somewhere in the 4 to 4:30 p. m.and got into Manhattan and did this around 6:30.
