Office of Special Counsel investigates Jack Smith for alleged Hatch Act violations

Federal officials are now investigating former special counsel Jack Smith. If you remember, Smith was the special counsel oversaw multiple criminal investigations against Trump, which included Trump's handling of classified documents and of course his actions on the day riers stormed the capital on January 6th.
