National Guard members arrive in D.C. after President Donald Trump declares crime emergency

National Guard troops have now arrived in the city after the president declared a crime emergency in our nation's capital and deployed hundreds of guardsmen. FBI, DEA, other federal agents have already been patrolling the streets.
