New Texas ICE facility Fort Bliss expected to be the largest in the U.S.

After months of setbacks, a new immigration detention facility in Texas is set to open this week. Like the so-called Alligator Alcatraz camp in Florida, the Fort Bliss facility will include temporary structures, including soft-sided tents with capacity to hold about a thousand people.
