I do feel somewhat obligated to add a bit of color here - I believe what happened here was the judge in the case commented that they believed the chances the plaintiffs would succeed in their suit were not high enough to merit the injunction freezing the assets.this was all the result of a civil suit, not a criminal investigation or case. There very well may be a sealed criminal investigation ongoing, but the money will be long gone before any of that ever becomes public ...
