A U.S. federal judge has lifted the freeze on $57.6 million in USDC linked to the Libra meme coin. The assets, controlled by Hayden Davis (Kelsier Labs) and Ben Chow (Meteora), were unfrozen after Judge Jennifer L. Rochon found the defendants to be cooperative and concluded that the plaintiffs failed to demonstrate irreparable harm.
