Bullet fragment stuck in the head of 10-year-old injured in Minneapolis shooting can't be removed

I have two daughters that were in the church. And my eighth grader, thankfully, has been unscathed physically. And my fifth grader, she was she has um a cut here and a cut here. And she has a um a bullet trapnel um stuck in her skull.And they said they couldn't remove it um because it'd be too damaging.
