'Highly likely' Congress obtains Epstein birthday book

Staffers on the House Oversight Committee are scheduled to meet with lawyers for the Epstein estate tomorrow in New York City. The meeting comes as the estate is beginning to turn over materials to congressional investigators as they comply with an oversight panel subpoena.
