Japan-listed MetaPlanet announced on September 10, 2025, that it will issue 385 million new shares at ¥553 per share through an overseas offering, raising approximately ¥212.9 billion. Proceeds will be used to purchase bitcoin and fund bitcoin-related income strategies, including BTC option trading.
