According to Reuters, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has reached a preliminary settlement with Gemini Trust, the cryptocurrency platform founded by billionaire twins Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, to fully resolve the agency’s lawsuit over the Gemini Earn program.
