Jerry has a really big heart and uh you know this conflict with uh Unilver uh has been tearing him apart uh for quite some time now and uh you know I think this is the right move for for Jerry in terms of his personal uh you know healthy uh and what's what's most important to him and what's most important to me is the values of Ben and Jerry's and uh Jerry felt like uh the values are getting muzzled uh by Unilver and now Magnum and uh he can't he couldn't stand it uh and and so he's decided to resign.
