Democratic and Republican stopgap funding bills both fail in Senate votes

Hey guys. Well, yes, the Senate has now voted on that stop gap that passed the House, but it has failed to get the number of votes needed in the Senate. It was only 44 senators who voted for it, 48 against.That's not even a majority. They need to get to 60.
