Federal Reserve Governor Stephen Miran speaks at the Economic Club of New York with Bloomberg's Seleha Mohsin. Miran just took part in his first policy meeting at the central bank last week. Miran dissented from the Fed's decision to lower the benchmark rate by a quarter percentage point, instead preferring a larger, half-point move.
